If you have previously obtained a login identity by signing up, but have forgotten your password, username, or both, then fill in the form below and your details will be emailed to you again.

Note that you must enter the email address which you previously provided as part of your contact details (this is only an issue if you have more than one email account). If you are unsure as to which email address you specified, you should contact the member secretary; (s)he will be able to provide you with the necessary contact information.

Also, because your password is stored solely in an encrypted state, it is impossible to extract its original form. Therefore, your existing password will be overwritten by a new, randomly generated one. You can, of course, change this new password later to something more memorable, which the Association highly recommends.
