Change Your Password

LAST UPDATED: 19th SEPTEMBER 2003

If you have a login identity, you can change your password here. It is generally a good idea to change your password every once in a while, although the Association does not insist on this.

In the interests of security, there are certain limitations placed upon your choice of password, namely:

  • its length must be greater than or equal to six characters (letters).
  • it must contain both lowercase and uppercase characters.
  • at least one special (non-alphanumeric) character must be included e.g. *, $, or #.

Furthermore, certain characters are not allowed; these are, in no particular order, the single-quote ( ' ), back-quote ( ` ), double-quote ( " ), backslash ( \ ), null ( NUL ) and semicolon ( ; ) characters. Attempts to use these characters will result in your password choice being rejected.
